Ivy inn home@dinner - yummmmmm — 3 years ago
Floral, ivy, and soft fruit on the nose. Bright ruby colors in the glass, really sparkles like a lithe pinot noir. Sour cherry and raspberry on the palate. Really opens up with salt and fat, and the top end and botanical flavors come to the fore. At the price, this should be a house red at any corner trattoria. — 5 years ago
Love the bouquet. Mildly sweet . Balance wine — 2 years ago
Roses and basil. At juniper&ivy in San Diego. Inexpensive for a wine on a restaurant list. I would think 22$ retail. Rare grape 🍇. A great buy for 51$ if you want to save money at dinner. 🌹 🌹 🌹 Roses in a glass. Good with pasta. I had this wine years ago at Gjelina in LA. — 6 years ago
Very 🍒. Morellos. So much in your face cherry on the 👃 and in the glass. Give it 1 hour to breathe it gains weight. Darker cherries. Tannins come back touch chalk. Hint of all spice on the back palate. Drink now not really a wine to put away for aging. At Juniper & Ivy in San Diego 1/2 bottle 68$. — 4 years ago
Beautiful Nebbiolo. Once again a great wine with food. In this case at Juniper & Ivy the meal was out of this world and the wine paired nicely across a very wide flavor spectrum. Good acidity; good structure. — 6 years ago

More classic medium pale ruby. Nose is slightly herbal with a leafy/grassy note under the red fruit. Crushed ivy leaf. Balance is spot on. Medium-light body, medium-low alcohol, tannins are fine and persist. — 2 years ago
