An oldie and a goodie direct from my cellar. Pop and pour. Color is still bright ruby/brick, no browning. Nose: tobacco, cedar, garden shed. Palate: acid +, body 0, T +, some graphite and echo of ivy leaf in the finish. Showing well, but also a fine old claret, even if still slightly rough edged.

This is singing right now. All of the classic gravelly, beany aromas of great claret playing out. Still firm and can take more time. I'm not sure it will gain in complexity but it can hold.
