different than anything i’ve ever smelled. blue cheese + tart green apple + smells like creek rocks?! super dry, fairly tart. almost like drinking a saison. — 5 years ago
reminds me a lot of domaine du matin calme’s mano a mano. 81% carignan, 11% grenache, 8% cab sauv. blueberry, blackberry, bramble, barnyard. jammy juice. fun. :) — 6 years ago
deep cherry, vanilla extract, wood. very dry, med body + tannin. juicy enough to chill tho — 6 years ago
orange blossom? citrus/blossom nose. saltwater. balanced acid. sunny and easy drinking. — 5 years ago
fresh, saline, citrus, something deeply aromatic and floral- maybe jasmine? dry with definite acidity but some oily/butteryness too. not too familiar w pecorino but seems like it could be compared to a chenin blanc/chard? not my fav but wouldn’t turn down a glass. soft mouth feel before the acidity hits. — 6 years ago
charred lemon, chamomile, toasted nuts, salt water, bitter greens. acidic but savory. pretty wild. — 6 years ago
strawberry capri sun umami savory?! weird cool fresh but rooted. — 5 years ago
sour cherry, licorice, baking spice, wood. deep cherry juice with a woody spice current. more ~old wirld~ and tannic than my usual reds but not bad. would be good with lamb. light/mid body, mid tannins, mid/high acid. — 5 years ago
peach, white flowers, green almonds. smells more minerally than it tastes. too round and sweet for me. not necessarily rich, still has decent acid, but very honey-ed. nothing much to think about. 🤷🏼♀️ — 6 years ago
