so intense, wild. in your face minerality, strawberry, pomegranite, guava. punchy stoney slightly salty. unlike any other wine i’ve tried. — 4 days ago
unripe anjou pear, juicy fruit gum, rocks, sea air — 2 months ago
super weird on the first whiff, almost thought there was something wrong with it. green olives + strawb juice. super fresh but low acid. great chilled. v chuggable 😬 — 3 months ago
Pizza Sauce table wine
blend: malbec, syrah, grenache
native yeast, carbonic/whole cluster, no fining/filtration. aged on the lees in old French barrels for 10+ months.
dark plum color.
intense dark fruit nose. woodsy/
mineral. something like fresh asphalt?
cherry, currant, spice, vanilla.
intense fruit and baking sweet at the end. light bodied/low in tannin but full flavored. can’t dig the sweetness that i assume comes from oak. :/ not enough acid and frankly not very interesting. — 4 months ago
funky savory dark red fruit. tannic but with a carbonic pop. different, not sure it’s my jam. like a cassis + green olive soda 🤔 — a month ago
dark brambly fruit- blueberry, boysenberry. hint of clove/vanilla spice from the cot but balanced out by the tart acidity if the cab franc. super fresh with a bite and enough tannin to keep it from ‘juicy’ levels. — 2 months ago
spritzy, fresh. orange and lemon zest, orange blossom water, sea water, tastes zippy and salty, like orangina mixed with saltwater. bit of effervescence. not funky but fun. beach wine. — 3 months ago
