This wine will evolve into one of the best Brunello di Montalcino’s, just spin a bit too tight at this moment to show off the exceptional aromatics and structure. Dried red and white rose petals, English breakfast tea, charred plum, Cohiba cigar. — a month ago
Tastes like the wines I had in Tuscany. Bought it at the winery. Had a wine tasting there with all their wines. Well worth the trip. Beautiful castle. 2017 vintage. — 17 days ago
Medium ruby in color; blackberries, black cherries, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like red plums, violets, and dried herbs with a long finish. This is my kind of wine. — 12 days ago

Ruby in color with a wide brown/ brick rim.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with wood, earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf, bitter herbs and peppercorn.
Nice finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 14 year old Brunello lost a lot of its fruits at this point. Soft and elegant. Earthy and better with food.
I paired it with a prosciutto and arugula pizza.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
