Good Oregon Pinot. Bright fruit, earth, and herbal tea. — 4 months ago
A superb Chardonnay! Aromas of Anise and Honeysuckle. Apple and Honey on the bud. Crisp and smooth with a long finish. Great with our Salmon tonight. Need to order more from Evening Springs as we were extremely impressed with their wines when we visited earlier this year. — 7 months ago

64% CS, 28% ME, & 8% CF. No Malbec as listed in the description. I’ve had this for awhile. Didn’t like the first bottle so I avoided trying again. When I did try again I was surprised how much it improved with some age. — 5 years ago
A superb Zinfandel blend that tastes great now and possesses the requisite structure to age. Ridge sets the standard in American winemaking. Their corpus of high quality wines is unmatched in America and challenges the entire industry worldwide. — 11 days ago
Beautiful golden color. Toast, lemon pith, slate, bright acidity. Chablis meets champagne in California? A great food sparkler. — 3 months ago
Reserve is more complex but this is very good — 4 months ago
Lithe & supple, with agility and resonance. This is the Leonard Cohen of Gamay! Hallelujah!🙏 — 6 months ago
dark red. nose: leather. prunes. overripe berries. lots of jam. mouth: full body. medium big tannins. more jam and leather on the mouth. drinks like a cab. medium follow through. love it — 5 years ago
This 1998 7 Springs Pinot seems mature, supple, candied red fruits, nice balance, good length, but not quite a typically-excellent bottle of this wine. — a month ago
Nice, smooth, but also interesting — 3 months ago
Epic. Balanced. Pear/apple/floral- but not too much acid… just enough to keep things fresh. — 4 months ago
Still reliable. $32 at Costco ! — 9 months ago
Christmas Day wine 🎄🎅🏼🍷
Acquired this for two reasons: Flora Springs was my “a-ha” wine 10yrs ago which started my wine journey, and secondly because it’s my sister-in-law’s birth year.
Enjoyed on Christmas Day (with said sister-in-law) and family (the family who introduced me to wine + Flora Springs). Kept the bottle standing for a few days. In the glass, there was bricking but the color was much more vibrant than expected. Aromatically, it showed mushroom and fig, but a good bit of muddled red and black berry fruit, some mint as well. Alive, elegant and bright on the palate with good tannin structure (held strong the two hours it was open). Small hint of tobacco at the finish, but the berry fruit stayed persistent keeping the flavors balanced. Undeniably older Napa (13%) and in great shape. — 2 years ago

Opens up with juicy plums, cherries and apples. The acidity carries through but is tempered by an undercurrent of wood and smoke. Easy to drink and elegant. — 4 days ago
