So many bubbles! Really impressive. Very complex. Cream, brioche, citrus, good amount of saline, herbal honey, honeysuckle. So well integrated at this moment. Better with 3 hours of air and closer to room temperature. Long finish with lemons, almonds, tangerine, bit of grass. Definitely one of the best champagnes I’ve had. — 7 months ago
