I don't normally like Zibbibo, or moscato as it is known just about everywhere else outside Sicily, but this was so good. Bone dry, there was just a hint of the floral notes that can dominate most other styles of moscato. Minerally...rocks, flowers, and citrus...with ripe lemon, lemon blossom, a light salty tang. Delicious and good complexity to keep your attention. Well worth a step outside the box! — 24 days ago
Deep salmon color, rose petals In nose interesting Syrah rose. Enjoyed it! — a month ago
Bought a 3 pack on the assumption would try some medium age cellaring. At 5yrs young now, still a colt & has much youthful bright purple & black fruits to offer, almost frizzante like it went through carbonic maceration (No idea if it did). Would pair well with similarly vibrant food. Son of well known iconic Umbrian producer. — a month ago
Really very nice. Nice find on the list at union sq cafe. Great fruit in a nice alto piemonte restrained way balanced with wonderful acidity and freshness. Slightly fleshier than some alto Piemonte’s I’ve had, though not in a bad way at all. Delicious. — 14 days ago
Light and not too sweet. Fruity with a bit of fizziness. Quite enjoyable on a hot summer night. — 12 days ago
Dark garnet color with a hint of an orange rim. Intense cherry aromas with herbal and tobacco accents. Pallet is full of black cherry and dark plum fruit with notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. High levels of acidity and tannin. Quite bold. Shipped directly from the winery to Chris B. Thank You for sharing. — 18 days ago
