All the 22’s I’ve had to this point, stunning!

This is another amazing wine on entry. Elegant and all you expect and more at the level. Granny Smith apple, lime flesh w/ pith & zest, pineapple juice, white peach, tropical green melon, paraffin, waxy, excellent chalky powder, white spice, limestone powder, field of spring white flowers framed in jasmine, perfect acidity and a beautiful, well made & balanced finish that lasts nearly two-minutes and lands on chalk & spice. — 3 months ago

Good question @Ron R. Don’t think I paid an insane amount but forget how I weaseled it. I’d give it 9.2-9.3 with more air and letting it come up to room temp but in this heat I prefer things cooler.

On the tail end of its prime window, but still hitting. Like a mealy yellow apple, not quite browned. Has cider notes but plenty of acid in the mouth for vibrancy. Laser lemon cleaner with toasted oak becomes candied kumquat and sweet clementine.
