Apple lemon custard with fine bubbles and a dry finish. Interesting delight pairing with duck! — 9 months ago
Apple and citrus mix with red berry suggestions on the nose. Hint of good funk and savory/ meaty quality. Cabbage patch kids and green apple candy on the palate. Yeasty, long prickly finish. Powerful and light; almost reminiscent of Dom. Disgorged 21, base 18. — 5 years ago

Lovely body and fruit that reminds me of a Roulot. The finish wasn’t as long as I hoped but the tartness was a nice ending. — a month ago
On the road from Chablis to Meursault you will find this viscous mouthful. - at Gail & Ralph’s — 2 months ago
My first Saint-Bris! Pale lemon yellow color. Plush aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, chalk and abundant fresh herbs. Flavors of unripe peach, all those savory herbs, green apple and lemon zest. Noticeable mineral backbone on the long and drawn out finish. Lively and crisp acidity. Medium-minus body and wonderful freshness. Vibrant and harmonious! There are Chablis comparisons here. Another example of outstanding white burgundy! — 8 months ago

This showed well with notes of red & black fruits, leather, menthol, savory spices, mineral & tobacco notes. From a freshly opened owc purchased on futures. — 3 days ago
