An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.

Snappy #fleurie - restrained red fruit, cranberry aromas. Tart crunchy cranberry, cherry, touch of spice and light tannins on the finish. Maybe not the most complex #crubeaujolais but satisfying nonetheless. — 21 days ago
