For my palate, exactly where I would want an aged CdP to be. Still has fruit and grip, but with secondary elements supporting and adding complexity. Really fantastic. — 7 months ago
1hr+ decant. Maroon color on the pour but darkish red in the glass. Aged Bordeaux on the nose with cedar and floral elements. Palate reflects the same with dark cherries, tobacco, and anise. Medium plus depth and medium finish. Right in my wheelhouse! — 2 months ago

Wonderful Champagne with lemon zest, pear, stone fruits, and tartness on the bud. Nice finish with a velvety texture. — a month ago
Did not disappoint. Opened quickly, no need for a decanter. Pairs well with Osso Steakhouse. — 2 months ago

This was quite good 1-2 hours after opening. Great nose of bright cherry fruit and classic CdP funk. Sadly, at hour 3, the nose became mute. Poor @Paul K arrived hour 3. — 14 days ago
