Really delightful. No reason not to say it’s a 10/10. Red Sancerre, who knew. A gorgeous luminescent light red, the bouquet is fruity and peppery, and it’s got a beautiful mix of perfume and acidic bite. Santé. — 2 months ago
Very nice. Creamy bubbles, appley. Lovely. — 4 months ago
Enjoyed it! Quoting from my local shop which I think is right: “this rascal of a wine fully showcases the burly/rustic elements of Duras (100%), with a dark, textured fruit, which is packed with deep, savory/herbaceous nuance, and an intensely mineral core. Despite the power, the overall feel is rather nimble, thanks to smaller-scale, elegantly integrated tannin.” — 13 days ago
Surprisingly firm tannins and structure for Alsatian Pinot Noir. Not in a bad way, I quite like a little bite. Lovely rich bouquet. Would happily drink again, but value is my issue. — 3 months ago
Incredible bouquet but took a long time to open up and for the mineral and acid to mellow. Smooth and gentle when it finally did. Would only go for cellared bottles. — 4 months ago
