Sage and white pepper on the nose. Silken lingonberry and morello cherry and strawberry pop tart filling. Absolutely seductive, I’m interested in his whole bunch stuff cause this texture is a memory foam pillow — 6 years ago
Pretty tasty and for a good cause! — 7 years ago
Powerful yet reserved, deep, and harmonious. Pronounced notes of black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant and plum, followed by complex mix of black tea, cocoa, anise, cedar, worn leather, vanilla, herbs, and dry soil. Palate, though still a bit tight, is warm and finely textured, underpinned by sleek acidity and fine grained tannins. Gorgeous!
Salus was specially created for the charitable cause of metal health research. From the younger vines of the estate. Aged 19 month French oak barrel, 90% new. — 8 years ago
I felt bad about feeling so good drinking this wine, like drinking great wine in front of a thirsty pregnant lady that can't have any. I only felt bad cause I didn't care to share, wiping wine stains from my face.
For the sadist in me, utterly and wholly pleasing. — 9 years ago
Nice affordable Napa Cab - and donating to a good cause. Blackberries and sage on the nose. Big but not overbearing. Lots of dark fruits on the palate with cloves and black pepper. — 9 years ago
First, this is a real value and solid wine for $15, a Tempranillo with about 15% Mazuelo and Granacha. Deep Ruby with lively aromas of red fruits and spicy tobacco. On the palate flavors of plums and cherry with cacao and tobacco notes. Soft fine tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit and sweet spice. Over 3 million cases produced which may cause some variation among bottles, but the one I tasted was great! Drink now no aging benefit. — 4 years ago
Grey Cup Sunday!! Bought this Icewine last year in Ottawa while there to watch the Grey Cup, so I brought it out to celebrate having the Stamps in the Grey Cup again this year. Apricot, peach, honey, absolutely superb Icewine, especially including the lower price point. Totally recommend if you’re a fan of Icewines, cause it is definitely sweet! Go Stamps Go! 🐎 🇨🇦 — 8 years ago

Nice jammy red. Extra point for great cause! — 4 years ago
Well balanced ripe citrus and some white peach. Hints of brioche but the primary character shows up more cause I’m tasting it next to krug :-) — 5 years ago
Very good. Paired with ... well this was a weird food night cause the kids had pizza delivered by the time I got home and I had planned organic beef burgers so this was paired with cheeseburger (American cheese, Dijon mustard, no bun) and two slices of pizza. — 9 years ago
Round 2....And still as good even after a week plus! See my prior note cause everything still holds very true! — 9 years ago
When it's well above 70° in December you have to get creative with the refreshing whites. Opens with enough petrol you'll have cause for concern that it's dangerous to drink. Lime and peach work their way in while the petrol eventually mellows to paraffin wax. Coats the palate with the sweetness and consistency of a melted Fla•vor•ice, and just as you're about to cringe from drowning in the cloying sugar you're saved by a last gasp of bright acidity. — 10 years ago

Stellar Barolo. Definitely of the new school, lighter color, lightly structured, but radiant fruit in a refined style. Decanted 2hrs. Perfect pairing for veal/osso buco, maybe less so for a roast. Some debate whether more age would refine the fruit further or cause it to dissipate. No idea but have two more so can experiment! Made me want to get on an overnight to Piedmont tonight. — a year ago
