17+ Amazing after 26 years! Nose a bit light, but lots of fruit, M+ length. Delicious. — 5 months ago
Pale lemon with stone and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate crisp apple with lemons honey and flinty notes. This medium-body wine was smooth with a wet stone character with overall good balance. The wine finishes with pronounced mineral notes on a medium+ ending. Very Nice! — 2 months ago
Separating from Domaine Bernard Moreau, Benoit is now making his own wines and 2020 Fairendes continues to be plenty open and giving and quite classic in profile showing both richness and definition. Going to age beautifully. — 10 months ago
Fresh, intense, almost zingy lemon contrasts with minerals and earth, it’s a nice range of terroir to complement the zesty fruit. Additional interest comes from the lemon rind and bergamot notes. Paired beautifully with sushi. It plays with refinement vs exemplifying it, but in a way we found delightful for the occasion. — a month ago

This is just lovely…
Lemonzest, red apples, wet rocks. Delicate hints of ginger, candyshop and matchstick. Really like the balance of acidic freshness, some richness in the mid palate and citrus bitters in the very long and chalky dry finish.
Better at cellar temperature than straight out of the fridge. — 8 days ago
