Could this be the best value I’ve ever tasted? It’s right up there. Sweet purple fruits, mineral backbone, grilled meat. A lovely lavender note; both dried and fresh, excellent length on the finish. I love lower ABV Syrah that is not underripe; 12.5%. Does have some tannin; I’m interested to revisit in 3-5 years. From Fass selections — 25 days ago
dependable gamay that’s better chilled — really feels like jammy blackberries in the mouth — 21 days ago

An incredibly powerful, oxidative wine from Jura. The intensely nutty, salty, oily, honied flavors were magical with the “Pastured chicken, preserved lemon, garlic confit” dish which tasted braised and white-saucey.
This would also be perfect with stinky cheese! — 24 days ago
Oily, sherry-like, great acid. Fantastic bubbly. — 4 months ago

Lovely nose of ripe pear, honey, cake frosting. Pretty easy to sip - round, toasty, decent acidity, slight pleasant bitterness, fresh enough but age showing nicely. — 17 days ago
