Love this champagne. — a month ago
It has been awhile since I’ve had their Rosé and it is exceeding expectations.
Beautiful mousse, lively acidity but delicate. Lots of co2. Strawberries, white Rainer cherries, blood orange led citrus blend, raspberry hues, frothy whipped cream, some light caramel notes, really nice mid white spice-just right, volcanic minerals, sea spray, chalky powder with some small bits, brioche to baguette crust, red & pink roses, excellent acidity, very well balanced, perfect tone-tension, smartly polished elegant finish that lasts nearly two-minutes and lands on balanced fruit & spice.
It makes a push for 95 but not quite there. Plenty of life ahead. 15-20 years plus.

Certainly a very good vintage. Just never overly embraced Dom. But this is nice, beautiful in fact.
The entry is soft & even subtle. Lemon pulp, lime pulp w/ some zest, orange citrus blend, just ripe pineapple flesh, mango, green tropical melon, under ripe cantaloupe, whipped cream, soft/light white spice, sea spray, excellent, crumbled to powdery, dry chalkiness, lightly yeasty, bread dough to baguette crust, grey volcanics, limestone, hints of fresh & dry herbs, yellow lilies, spring flower & jasmine, excellent, soft acidity with a well balanced, gentle structure & tensioned, superbly elegant & smartly polished finish that lasts 90 seconds and land on fruit and gentle volcanics.

Medium lemon , hints of gold , quite a healthy colour with fine pretty persistent bubbles still . This quite intense with candied lemon peel , brioche , oyster shells , touch of porcini . On the palate this is intense ,with good volume and vibrant acidity. Buttered brioche , oyster shell , candied orange and lemon peel . Really quite lovely and intense , long and toasted brioche , chalky finish . This is at peak now , but no rush from here over the next 5 perhaps 10 years . — 6 days ago
