The entirety of Napa Valley white wine condensed into a bottle. Little sweet, but mostly dry and a good bit of acid. Delicate aromas of pear, apricot, and a little hint of barrel in there. On the palate it's minerally upfront with the aforementioned fruits and a crisp dry finish. The little bit of age was not a detractor, I would absolutely drink this again and share it around. — 13 hours ago
