Rose petal and orange blossom. Nice and pale and cloudy that dries out to some pithy grapefruit on the finish. Delightful — 8 months ago

Chora Bianco Mantonico 2021

For the first year this label is 100% Mantonico
Indeed i am truly loving this local variety
It grows often quite high uphill, even 5-600 metres over sea level
It results a bit aromatic, quite fullish to be a wine that is kind of considered a entry level wine
I guess it stays on the lees for a bit
However the result is delicious, quite mineral, very easy drinking and persistent
I am very curious to see how this could age for a couple of years
Btw i paid it 7.50 euros🤫🤫🤫

Pollino Terre Di Cosenza Magliocco 2016

Light color, with dry flower petals, red fruits on the nose. Really good balance, fine tannins. Really enjoyed the wine. Kinda similar to Sangiovese. — 4 months ago

Long Live The King King Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

The Barrossa Valley and Coonawarra fruit in the King family produced wine was surprisingly soft and very drinkable. — 5 months ago

Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Gaglioppo

Earth and rose petals. Spicy. A simple vin de table but not without pleasures. Excellent with a slight chill and a lovely pairing for grilled meats with a hint of spice. Bonus points for the label. — 9 months ago
