Like velvet. Dark candied berry on the nose, followed with a powerfully soft forest floor tobacco mouth. Citrus & fennel in there too. Strong tannic finish. — 3 years ago
Something different. Only 20% cab sauv but it really speaks up - big green pepper notes. Almost overwhelms the Sangiovese but not quite (Karen disagrees about the “not quite”). But soft around the edges and a nice gentle E-R sang finish. — 2 years ago
