Blend of Monastrell, Syrah and Alicante Bouchet. Dark ruby/purple color with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of ripe black fruit, garrigue and dried violets. Flavors of ripe blackberries, plums and blueberry fruit with additional notes of dried herbs, sweet spices and tobacco. Medium-plus finish, full bodied and well balanced acidity. 1.5 oz. 100% agave Reposado Tequila
1.0 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz. Agave nectar
0.5 oz. Fresh squeezed orange juice.
