Kalkspitz Kamptal Grüner Veltliner Blend

Cloudy yellow with sour citrusy taste. Plenty of fizz. This really was a funky bottle. Would be delicious paired with some carnitas tacos or some very rich street food. Buying this again. — 2 months ago

Licht-Stadtfelt Brauneberger Jaffer Spätlese Trocken Riesling 2014

This wine still tastes like an infant. Great nose has tons of bright crushed rock minerality, lots of green apple fruit, and a light floral/meadow thing. Zingy and electric in the mouth. Bone dry, with an initial whack of fruit that quickly turns all into stones as the finish evolves. Bright acids. Enjoy now or let it sit and evolve over the next several years. — 4 months ago

Green apple, peach, slate, gorgeous and clean. Classic Mosel. Elegant and juicy with delicious fruit and a true feinherb In that it’s perfectly off dry. Nice sour lime on the finish that also has some sweet spots. Delicious. — 8 months ago

“Tradition does not mean to preserve the ashes, but to pass on the fire”
I drank this with easter dinner and do not remember the notes, but kept the bottle because it was so good. It was crisp and crushable, and I would buy several bottles if I ever see it again
