Ridiculous nose featuring almost biological minerality. (Can you say “origin of life”?) Rich, drippy apple and peach fruit underneath. Yeast and spice too. So fruity and concentrated but with really nice acidity and freshness. Kabinett - Feinherb level sweetness. Fantastic value in the best summer aperitif around.
