Ben seven years since last taste. Still great, prominent nose of earthy very ripe red fruits and a silky texture with bit more bite on finish. — 2 months ago
Quite a deep colour , deep garnet , with a medium wide garnet rim . Needs time to open , quite discreet but quite deep and dark on the nose , with some blackberry tinged , liquorice , dark cherry , earthy sous bois . This opens up after a while to show more floral influences, lighter , redder fruits . On the palate this is quite dense , with a blackberry , dark cherry hint , earthy , mineral with quite grippy tannins . Good volume and density . Balanced acidity and earthy , mineral tinged finish. This needs time and improved quite a lot with air but really needs a few more years in the cellar , maybe come back in 5 years and will last well at least another 10. Promising . — 24 days ago
Ruby colored with blueberry aromas. Still young. Slight tannins and nice acidity. An herbal component with a medium finish. Very nice with our King Salmon and Brussel Sprouts. — 2 months ago
This Pinot Noir is full-bodied and well-balanced, offering a rich and satisfying flavor profile. — 3 months ago

“I see everyone is having a productive morning... Tip of the spear. Edge of the knife... Crack of my ass!" Well this sums it up. Quite stinky at first. Oxidized and pale. But give it 3 hours and this wine blows your socks off. Alas at its peak drink now. If you want to learn more read previous notes. This is one of the best Burghs out there. — a day ago
