Still so very young. Still tannic

Mineral, crunchy berries. 15 years, more like 3 years old. Black fruit and ripping acid.

Beautiful and expressive. Grippy dark fruit laced with iron and herbs.

Staying France we moved to red juice. Very pretty and not showing its age much.

The very same wine that Hubert de Montille was drinking in Alsace as he passed away at the table.
