Not a blockbuster, but elegant and nicely executed. Nose has subtle toast, lemon oil, crushed limestone, orchard fruit. Nicely concentrated flavors, with crisp, straw, stone, and earth inflected apple fruit, nice acidity. Hint of bitterness in the long finish. — 9 months ago
Consistent: minerals, brine, sweet spices, and yellow apple. Medium acidity. — 5 years ago
Terrific under appreciated Chassagne Rouge, finesse and elegance, earth, black raspberry, strawberry jam, exotic spices, firm tannins. — 5 years ago
Gorgeous. Perfect acidity fruit and tannins for sombroiglio swordfish — 2 years ago
Lovely Chardonnay. Healthy oak, but not mouth drying and all the awesome, subtle inorganic complexity you love and expect from Bourgogne. Limestone, lemon, white flowers, apples. This wine has inspired me to drink more French chard- let me know if you have suggestions! — 6 years ago
