Domaine Jamet

Côte-Rôtie Syrah 1999

Explosive nose of black cherry, smoke, bacon fat, savory spices, dried herbs & violets. Great vintage for Jamet that is reaching full maturity — 7 days ago

Côtes du Rhône Red Rhone Blend 2017

Brambly fruit and a bit vegetal-tomato leaf taste. Very pleasant but not showing the vibrancy of a few years back. — 5 months ago

Excellent vintage in Northern Rhône I should say.

Rombauer Vineyards

Carneros Chardonnay 2023

Founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and sits on a tree covered knoll overlooking the Napa Valley, with caves that extend for over a mile. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit, sweet oak, spice and floral scents. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, melon and apple, with vanilla spice, creamy texture. Medium+ finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with mineral notes. — 8 days ago

Fossiles Pinot Blanc 2004

Honeyed and floral. Vanilla, saffron, mango and papaya on the palate. Still fairly fresh and mineral. Such a beautiful wine… — 9 months ago

Domaine Jamet

Côte Brune Côte-Rôtie Syrah 2012

Continuing our love affair with Cote Rotie!
Obvious dark fruits, Blackcurrant springs to mind, sticky “jammyness” towards the end of the bottle (no punn intended to the Jamet family!)
In short, a great wine to go with our steak…..the love affair continues 🍷❤️ 😋

Meursault Chardonnay 2022

Not acidic taste, but strong, one of french secrets. Great with soft cheese and by itself. Much better comparing to Chardonnay (at least American) — 10 months ago
