Deep ruby in color; black pepper, black cherries, and tabacco on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberries, tart cherries, and wet slate with a long finish. — a month ago
Intense white with a wide profile ranging from intense orchard fruits through nuttiness ending in a minty mineral finish. Good acidity as well. Time brought some more complexity but this one van go on for several more years. — 2 months ago

Good value. Nose on opening with prominent rose petals cherry and old leather furniture. Tannins prominent on opening. After 2+ hours of slow ox much more approachable. Palate with candied cherries, anise, holiday spice, leather and almonds. Lingering very dry leather and tobacco finish. One drawback is notable alcohol presence the first couple hours. More time in cellar needed before opening next bottle? — 2 months ago
Blend of mostly Carignano with Cab Sauvignon and Merlot, deep Ruby with aromas of ripe red fruits, floral and herb spice. On the palate flavors of ripe berries and currants, licorice, herb, cedar, cacao and black pepper. Firm tannins, long finish ending with fruit, herb and cedar spice. Drinking well now. — 3 months ago
Pretty color of dark ruby with a wide reddish rim.
Nice nose of currants, plums, cooked cherries, espresso, vanilla, licorice, light oak, spices, peppercorn, dark chocolates and earth.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, tobacco, oak, earth herbs, spices, tobacco leaf, dark chocolates and espresso.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Sangiovese from Montepulciano. Fruity with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
This Single Vineyard is rich, extracted and interesting.
Well balanced and good by itself as a sipping wine. The high alcohol is well integrated by now.
This 7 year old Sangiovese is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
100% Sangiovese grapes were aged in large French oak barrels for 24 months.
15.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

We had the 2010 Vintage on 10/12/24. This Old World, medium bodied wine has all the ingredients for a real good Brunello. There are tastes of raspberry, strawberry, leather and spice. A nice finish. A reasonably priced wine from an excellent Vintage — 14 days ago
