Popped in poured; no formal notes. The 2020 Pithos Rosso is, to my palate, a lovely Sicilian alternative to Beaujolais. Delicious, refreshingly fruity and just a touch wild. Sufficient structure to provide enjoyment for the near term, but I would just as well drink now. I really enjoy these wines.  — 4 months ago

This Arianna Occhipinti 2010 Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico Grotte Alte has a medium intensity of red fruits, some spices and offers good freshness. Made from 50% Nero d’Avola and 50% Frappato and left in the barrel for 4 years before release. Only 4,200 bottles produced. — 6 months ago
