2019 on par with 2017! Such a good wine. Goes down easy but it’s also substantial. Flavor depth reveals itself in subtle ways.

繊細というよりはワイルドな赤い系のベリー。カシスも。しっかりめの酸に、密度の高い果実味。
枯葉、タバコ、塩味もある。
サンマに合うかなと実験ペアリングしたが、ネガティブではないもののあってはない。
酸味がバラバラにしてる感。
いぶりがっこクリームチーズは合う。
この酸をまろやかにする方が、ペアリング的には正解なのかも。となるとキノコのクリーム煮、グラタン的な感じかな。
ちなみに、グラスはボルドー。

N: Dense cinnamon and licorice.Cherry.Fresh, wet trodden leaves, autumnal, red, bright in the glass, muddled on the nose.
P. Tobacco, bright red fruits, soft, some acidic grip but not much tannin.
Neighbors gift.

If there was a poster for “ food friendly” wine this 2019 would be on it. Nearly perfect in every way. Light lively fresh , fruity, earthy, deep, lingering, literally mouthwatering. A Thursday night wine when your week is just about over and you have a veal parmagiana heating up. Here’s to the simple pleasures of life.
