Atypical Cote de Beaune Pinot. The raspberry is quite concentrated and dark. Not quite jam—that descriptor is too sweet—but a little like the raspberry note in a dark chocolate bar. But no chocolate. Some oak / vanilla comes through from the aging. — 5 months ago
