Brouwerij Corsendonk

Brouwerij Drie Fonteinen

Armand'4 Herfst Oude Geuze

My last bottle from the Season’s set. 12 year old lambic. Carbonation has faded to maybe 1.5 volumes, almost like cask ale. Not as acidic as I expected, tons of cheese and funk, still rustic as ever with classic lemony funky lambic notes. Excellent, but I prefer this younger. Sweet spot for lambic for me is prob 3-4 years max from release. — 17 days ago

Straffe Hendrik Brugs Quadrupel Bier II Malt

This delicious ale from Bruges is most definitely one to keep in stock. This rich and intense dark Belgian ale is brewed with a subtle blend of specialty malts, which gives the elf an extremely dark color and a chewy, malty complex character. This quadruple ale has a warm, full bodied flavor, with essence of fruit. — 10 months ago
