Medium deep ruby , quite narrow rim . Touch of earthy menthol , tobacco , spicy blackcurrant, grafite . On the palate quite dusty , with earthy sous bois , blackcurrant, ripe blackberry , grafite and tobacco , cocoa hints. Quite rich but balanced , good acidity, quite dusty tannins . Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, toasty vanilla oak and floral spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peaches, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice creamy mouthfeel. Long finish ending with spicy vanilla oak, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A big Chardonnay. Pair this with grilled Swordfish or spicy sushi. — 22 days ago

This is a very distinctive, powerful and deep Zinfandel from Lodi, California. Vertically Sourced and produced by Oak Ridge from its own ancient +100-year-old vines. It packs tons of dark cherry and berries and is very chocolaty, since this is a reserve version, the lingering oak and texture is very long but not overwhelming. — 16 days ago
