Berry medley, dark chocolate, some herb spice like coconut and vanilla bean, bit of char and oak spice, hint of geranium on the nose. Baked ripe summer berries, light brewed black tea, cocoa powder, lingering soft chalky tannins. Best after a day opened in the fridge, overall a wonderful value. — a month ago
Muscadet doesn’t get much better than this. Lemon zest, tart green apple, tons of wet rock, screaming acidity. So good. — 25 days ago

Stood upright for a week so the particles would settle in the bottom. I decanted so I could get a clear glass and could see the puff of sulfur and all the bubbles or effervescence in the decanter. Very yeasty for the first 30 minutes and took longer than that for it to lose the effervescence. Not sure if any of this helped or hindered the results 🫠 — 8 days ago
