This is for the les forcieres sparkling 100% Pinot noir @delectable Quite rich broad and oxidative. Could have used time or air but may have gotten even more oxy qualities with either? Nice length and minerality. — 3 years ago

Deep violet color. Heady, spice-accented red and dark berry aromas, along with suggestions of smoky bacon and licorice. Juicy and lithe on the palate, offering bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors that put on weight as the wine opens up. Shows fine definition and spicy cut on a long, juicy finish that features gently gripping tannins and a lingering suggestion of cracked pepper. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, December 2022)

A traditional Rosé from a Domaine located in the heart of Provence, near Sainte Victoire and close by Mount Aurélien. As for grape varieties, it is mostly dominant on Grenache (40 %), Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. A very elegant and feminine rosé, It is very perfumed, a bit tangy with a brilliant color, yet modern and elegant notes of white fruits, grapefruit, white flowers, and solid ripe strawberries on the palate. Dry and refreshing from beginning to end. My favorite paring with it: An arugula salad with goat cheese, strawberries and walnuts. — 2 months ago
Great freshness and balance. Beautiful red fruit and earth on the nose. What you smell is what you taste, complemented by perfect acid and structure. Just the slightest undertones of “green”. — a year ago

Vintage 2021 | dark coloured with a purple red rim, very nice smell with lots and lots raspberries and a super velvety taste. This is cab franc in Burgundian style. Paired with Boueuf Bourguignon, cole salad and potatoes from the oven. — 2 days ago
