Saint Joseph Blanc Marsanne Roussanne

Nose consisting of honeydew skin and pulp, honey and beeswax. Mouthwatering tension grips each sip and sets palate for a long after taste. Already excellent but surely in shape to rest for 3-4 other years.

Bouche ample gourmande et légèrement épicée grasse finale sur l alcool et de fruit mûr épicé belle equilibre

So swoon.

Juicy, just enough richness, peppery and spicy, especially on the finish. Great with seafood, especially salmon or mussels.
