Winner. Lemon zest and just a hint of custard. Good minerality. — 6 years ago
Promising on the nose. Crushed rock and white flowers. A little flabby though. The salinity comes through, but this isn’t as satisfying as the Forets. Maybe an off year? — 6 years ago
Stone fruit, apricot, and a little honey. A bit light on the finish, but overall well balanced. Hanzell is a remarkable source. — 6 years ago
An insanely good bottle of bubbles for the price. — 6 years ago
Baked apples, beeswax, honey. Beautiful golden color with delicate tiny bubbles. — 6 years ago
Comparable to a dry Riesling. Good acidity balancing out the sugar. Apple with a touch of petrol. Smooth and almost a bit creamy. — 6 years ago
Earthy, meaty, savory. Firm tannins. This still has a long life ahead of it, but very enjoyable now. — 6 years ago

Coming along beautifully. Beeswax, and dried apricots. Santa Cruz Mtns is quickly becoming one of my fave Chard sources. — 6 years ago
