Clean, crisp and flavorful - a bit riper than Chablis but very much a cool climate Wine; this has green apple, green pear, acacia, flint and wet stone, and a bright bit of herbal greenery in the background. There is more body here than in Chablis with a hint of creaminess on the palate. Really enjoyable, a food-lover’s wine. Grilled lobster, steamed shrimp, fried chicken, the possibilities are endless. — 2 years ago
With New Years around the corner, grab something nice for 2022. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North & South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous Cote de Bouzy. Deep salmon pink with full aromas of berry fruit and citrus mineral notes wrapped in a delicate fine mousse. On the palate flavors of raspberry and strawberry, bright acidity with spicy notes and orange zest. Long silky finish, ending with earthy yeasty mineral character. — 3 years ago
This wine tastes like pinot. Very good one. High, but pleasant acidity. A clove, maybe plum, vanilla. A bit spicy finish. — 3 years ago

Alive and kicking after being rescued from the back corner of the cellar. Black plum and raspberry fruit with smoked meat, baked earth and accents of wild herbs. Palate has a touch of raspberry jam with herbal notes and more roasted and smoked meats. Just enough tannin to feel the wine focused. Fun to find this drinking well even though it fades a touch with air. — 3 years ago
2012 vintage. Really good; developed some additional notes beyond the big youth. Someone noted they smelled it 6 feet away. Indeed fragrant. — 4 years ago
