The side label says this is from the Grands Cras lieu dit. This definitely smells and tastes like a low or no sulfite “natural” wine. Not so much because of any barnyard notes, but because of how juicy and bright the “just crushed” Gamay juiciness jets out of the glass. There’s some nice granitic minerality too. The flavors seem to change with each sip. Bright, deep, lively, and playful. Really fun wine. BTW, there was a surprising amount of very floaty, almost Pinot Noir-like sediment in the bottle. I double-decanted to get rid of it and poured a couple of tablespoons of those dregs in the chicken braise I’m making. — 5 months ago
Olivier’s craft is impeccable, even in Bourgogne.
Slightly sour Meyer lemons, lime zest, ripe pineapple flesh, green melons, cream, caramel & butterscotch notes, sea spray, oysters, volcanic minerals, shade of mushroom, sea fossils, some ginger, yellow flowers/lilies with greens, round vicious acidity, good balance, well knitted & elegant finish that lasts 90 seconds and long sets on minerals & spice.

Выпито четвертым вином в тот же день 12.10.25 в Puesto. Что сказать - прекрасное. Шардоне 2022 года. — 2 months ago

Thought all gone. Interesting take of Grenache and Syrah from Ventoux with a solid medium bodied still robust palate. Unfortunately it kinda overpowered the mixed menu of various eats. — 2 months ago
