Thought this was going to have more punch to it. Might have kept it too long but it wasn’t browning or any lightness in color. Just a bit flat. — 2 months ago
Delightful Washington Cabernet Sauvignon ($25) with Pat’s grilled filet mignon. Nice nose, rich with dark fruit, medium bodied, and long finish — 4 months ago
ちょっとお高いカリフォルニアのCS。うきうき税込4680円の2016年もの。うーん❤️、ボルドー信者には無理かも知れませんが、個人的にはかなりの高級感。香り、凝縮感、アフターすべて申し分ないです。

Lovely, albeit typical Napa Cab with deep berry and vanilla notes. Not much tannin or complexity. — a month ago
The 2022 Syrah Tous Les Jours is a fabulous entry-level offering from Andrew Murray. A blast of dark cherry, plum, mocha, scorched earth, licorice, spice and espresso are all dialed up. It's an unreal value. “This gets a lot of really good stuff," Murray adds. No kidding. That's obvious. $25.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2024) — 5 months ago

Relative to when I had this a year ago, the wine has developed slightly, perhaps gaining a little more density and body while shedding some of the crazy floral / violet aromas - while not heavy it’s certainly is medium body leaning toward full body. On the nose lovely casis and herbs (leaning toward the savory side but very well layered and fragrant). While this wine has no hard edges I believe it needs a few more years in bottle to really come together - it’s got great stuffing and just needs more time — 5 days ago
