Bressandes Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2015

I think I liked this better than the bottle I had the other night and I loved that one. The best part was that nothing overpowered your senses and it was just a pleasure to drink. Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow delectable wine drinkers. Be safe — 20 days ago

Beaune Marconnets 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2015

Lots of beautiful color in this wine. Really deep concentration of color that surprised me. Earthy. Very tasty. — 24 days ago

Beaune Teurons 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2016

Dark rubi robe, very reticent nose and medium bodied, silky but reserved at this juncture. Polished tannins and lots of potential but needs time, if you want to try now please decant 45 to 60 minutes before drinking. Conservative score. — 23 days ago

Schlossberg Grand Cru Riesling 2015

Pure bliss. Smoky minerals, white flowers, lush tropical fruit. Finishes with very saline character. Rich, vibrant, fresh, exotic. Lovely. — 17 days ago

La Bataillère Aux Vergelesses Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2015

This comes from monopole called La Batailliere that is a part of premier cru Aux Vergelesses. Little more tannic and austere with fruit juice being darker in color. Bitter notes dominate making this a very pleasurable experience of this particular terroir. — 9 days ago

Réserve Alsace Pinot Blanc

Thea Dwelle

A delicious example of an old vine Pinot Blanc from Alsace. Bursting with fresh apricots and searing minerality, the intense nutmeg and baking spices dance across freshly baked apples. A savory note peeks out like a shy child from grilled peaches, while white flowers are throughout. An excellent example of aromatic whites from the region. |sample

Pinot Noir 2015

Mint, dried tea leaves, peppercorn, little/no oak, and fruits playing the second fiddle here: red plum, juicy red and black cherry. A whiff of VA and smoke.. Moderate plus acidity, tight tannins, and relatively fuller bodied (13%, for Pinot).. — 8 days ago

Les Malconsorts Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2010

Very transparent Ruby red wine. Lots of fruits: cherry and raspberry. Hint of pencil. Nice herby bitters. Nice mild long lasting mouth. — 12 days ago

Vieilles Vignes Furstentum Grand Cru Gewürztraminer 2008

Marvelous. Full and viscous with apricots, lychee, honey, ginger and clove spice. A gorgeous blanket for the palate. The Thanksgiving wine of the day.
