Notes from Mia Klein:
The 2005 vintage gave ample rain in the winter, charging up the soil water profile for a very nice growing season. Temperatures were moderate and consistent from early spring through October. Both the mature, established Cabernet Sauvignon vines and the now five year old Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petite Verdot vines produced some wonderful juice.

— 8 months ago
Fresh lime and rice taste and with moderate acidity, a little more body then most other verdejo’s, pretty good actually, try it if you can. — 8 months ago
Era sconto per cyber lunedi. Penso che e’ molto value. Spero che mia moglie piace.
E’ veramente buono come e’ autentico bourgogne. Per fortuna a mia moglie piace molto, significa e’ buono veramente. E’ bingo! Sono felice. Magari che abbia comprato piu molte botteglie allo sconto. — a year ago
Showing some slight sign of age. Ready to drink after a 30 minute decant. Aged blackberry, saddle leather, mushroom. Tannin has softened quite a bit and have started to fall out as there was a ton of sediment on the cork. Some baked fig, roasted quality about it from start to finish. I have one more of these and will probably be opening this up sooner vs later. I am noticing that although these have holding power, the OSh wines (all of thm) and Cimarossa wines made by Capioux (03 and 04 only) don't seem to do as well as the Cimarossa wines made by Mia Klein from 05-present. — 3 months ago
Trashed label both front and back, but the juice is Rutherford through-and-through nonetheless. Bought this at a local wine sale on a whim with mild concerns due to the visible condition of the bottle. Thankfully no flaws with the wine are present 👍🏻 On the nose rustic cherries, blackberries, and plums with eucalyptus, sage, and dust providing a lovely backdrop. On the palate this expression errs on a quasi-voluptuous side with a near-plush mouthfeel and a developing array of blackberry cobbler, holiday spices, worn leather, and tilled earth.
Community Question: Have any of the Premium Subscribers noticed an issue with their recently monthly renewal? I was charged for my renewal like normal but Delectable is not showing me as Premium. Whenever I try and re-subscribe it says I’m Premium already (which isn’t true). I’ve reached out to Support twice and they’re MIA. In light of both this strange occurrence and the influx of what I consider to be spam users on Delectable, I have an eyebrow raised 🧐 — 6 months ago
Molto buono. A mia moglie piace. Molto buono mercato. — 3 months ago
Last vintage from Bressler, grapes going to Anomaly vineyards now. Was on the customer list at the start for a few years and still have 01 and 02 (popped an 02 a year ago and it was great) in the cellar. Grabbed some 2014s at a great price. For Napa, Bressler was always worth seeking...premium valley floor fruit, Mia Klein winemaker, and under $100 release price.
1 hour decant (little sediment). A splended inky dark magenta color. On the nose: floral, sandlewood, black cherry and plum, cedar, vanilla marshmallows. Taste: Elegant and smooth, soft tannins with blackberry, blueberry, chocolate, with a spicy cedar medium plus finish....ready to go another 15 years. — 3 months ago
Normally buy a Brut but this is lovely drinking. — 8 months ago
