This is a unique Cabernet Franc Rosé from Napa Valley. Feels fresh with some weight on the mouthfeel.
Nicely balanced, crisp and refreshing. Tangy and easy drinking.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and will pair nicely with food too.

This developed positively from previous tastings here on Delectable. My brief notes - Liquorice; more savoury than fruit driven - Bacon, Charcuterie, spicy notes on the nose and medium weight palate. Some pepper. Very Northern Rhone in style. Certainly built for the long haul. I have 2 left - next in 2024. — 11 days ago

Big surprise! The scent was floral, violets and perhaps some green herbs. But the first sip… straight pipe tobacco laced by dark blue berry and unripe fig. Where was that jammyness we noticed a few years ago? It drank quite addictive, though. Complex and intriguing. — 9 days ago
Oregon Syrah drinking beautifully! Savory with loads of violet, blackberry, and faint smoked meat. Not very peppery. It is my understanding that this producer is no longer around and unfortunately this was my last bottle. But we made it count paired with flank steak in a charred scallion sauce with sautéed broccoli. — 23 days ago

This is an Interesting Cabernet from Spring Mountain.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing black fruits with cedar, earth, vanilla, spices, vegetables, bitter herbs, green pepper, tobacco leaf, coffee and black pepper.
This Napa Cabernet is still young, and shows lots of earthy notes. Feels like a left bank Bordeaux. The Cabernet franc is very dominant right now.
A good sipping wine with good structure and a nice mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.
Nicely balanced and good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with BBQ Meats.
