Thank you Soumah for this media sample.
This is not any old Yarra Valley (VIC) Chardonnay. There were only 300 dozen bottles of this Equilibrio 2019 Chardonnay made and oh my, it’s a true pleasure to drink.
Drinking this Chardonnay feels like falling in love. It’s dreamy, romantic and you can’t get enough of it.
It’s a pastel yellow shade in the glass with a wonderfully enticing nose of juicy stone fruits, pineapple, grapefruit and creamy vanilla bean butter. On the palate it’s perfectly balanced with the most deliciously silky texture. Great length of flavour and an absolute joy to drink.

Smoky with brief notes from me. Not as peaty as you would expect from the western isles. Had a tour of this distillery some years ago on the Isle of Skye which is the spiritual home of the Clan Donald ie McDonald. Probably prefer the peaty styles of Lagavulin and Laphroig. — a month ago
Grand Napa Vineyards Stone Crib Vineyard Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Napa Valley, California
It's time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, sweet cherries, cedar, spices, espresso, vanilla, dark chocolates, light earth, tobacco leaf and black pepper.
Full bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, oak, dark chocolates, vanilla, licorice, cloves, spices, coffee, peppercorn, earth, black tea, light wet leaves and herbs.
Nice finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford is still young, and would be even better in a few years. Already showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Rich, yet elegant. Nicely balanced and smooth.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 2 hours of airtime. Fruit forward and extracted.
This 4 year old will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Will be nice to revisit it in 3 years and see how it evolved.
Good by itself or with food. Paired beautifully with a filet minion and asparagus.
Grapes were aged for 24 months in (80% new) French Oak barrels. Limited Production.
14.8% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

One of the most remarkable scotches I've had in a long time. Not for the faint of heart. — 12 days ago
2002 in 2022. Still Lucious dark fruit, dark cocoa, mid bodied and lingering sweet tobacco finish. — 14 days ago

7/22 Discovered on tap at Benneditos this summer. Nice foamy head and just tastes like golden ale the way its meant to be. Enjoyed with Nils and John — 15 days ago
