Fantastic! Classic Napa Cabernet
Deep, smooth, full if subtle character.
Let it breathe at least 30-60 minutes before you enjoy. — a month ago
Always a solid Sonoma cab. Some anise and dark fruit, dark chocolate and anise. Slight bit of dill and vanilla. Drinks young, this could go for a bit longer. Good strong tannins but smooth enough to balance my prime rib. — 3 days ago
Full bodied balanced, dark cherry, oak, Tabacco. — 18 days ago
Exotic and funky. Good rich dark fruity wine. — a month ago
Waited on this ‘14 for a special occasion- 25th Anniversary dinner with my lovely Diana- richness has come out with age, smooth tannins but that dark cherry and Rit’s Earthiness are pronounced from this unmistakable terrior. Oceans Ghost is always a journey through the old sea floor and those cooling ocean influences on the grey earth. Terrific! — a month ago
Many notes; smoke, earth, I also think butter — 17 days ago
Pale gold in color.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing lemons, citrus, apples, spices, light oak and vanilla.
Long tangy finish with limes.
This 5 year old Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is so delicious now. Nicely balanced and elegant.
Tasty right out of the bottle, and better with some air time (20 minutes).
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with seafood too.
I paired it with fresh oysters. Really enjoyed it.
100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes were aged on their lees for 9 months in Oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
