Fresh raspberries made delicate after nine years in the bottle. A crowd pleaser at the Christmas table. — 6 months ago
What an amazing blend! Imagine your typical Gewürztraminer made subtle by its mixture with traditional Catalan varietals. I’ve found that certain meals—carbonara, some east Asian dishes, and blended soups—need a white wine in a tall, skinny bottle that doesn’t suck. This is it. — a year ago
A steal at 9€. — 15 days ago
Black cherries and leather. A bit on the big side when it was young. Marvelous after a decade in the cellar. — 6 months ago
Bracing acidity and cherry notes that evolve subtly in the glass. Wish I had tried some when it was younger. Eight years in the bottle might be a tad much considering that it is not an especially tannic wine. — 6 months ago
There’s something special about this sparkling brut from the Loire. Dry, small bubbles like a cremant. Hints of lemon, flint, and cantaloupe. Goes exceptionally well with oysters. Non-vintage and not cheap, but nevertheless well worth it. — 7 years ago
Like biting into a big, ripe, black plumb: very big; best to have the right food on hand to accompany it. Excellent with chocolate. — 3 months ago
Our family are big fans of Cayuse En Cerise. Unfortunately, the 2016 vintage was heavily affected by smoke taint. No syrah character under the smoke and ash. — 6 months ago
Best grocery store wine I’ve had since moving here. Maybe it’s this vintage, but it was super well balanced. A really nice blend of Garnatxa, Syrah, Cab, Merlot, & Carinyena. — 8 months ago

Flawed. Tastes strongly of vinegar and oxidization. Judging from the other reviews, it could be an isolated case, or an issue with the vintage. Would be interested in trying another bottle. — 15 days ago
