Mineral, fresh, great representation of Santorini assyrtiko. — 6 months ago
Vintage 2020 | Nykteri is the word for ‘staying up whole night’ in the local language. Santorini vintners harvest in the morning and press the grapes during night. Made of Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani grapes. Absolute very mineral. Very compelling wine that matured in barrels for three months. We drank it with shrimps dim sum and it made us happy. — 10 months ago

Very nice wine, citrus and acidity. Went very well with broiled shrimp and bamboo — 3 days ago
Smooth and unusually full-bodied for Assyrtiko - Santorini keeps giving! — 5 months ago
This is a great bottle. Mineral drive, good cut, medium+ body. Just really good wine that most people sleep on — 4 years ago
It was a very hot day on the coast of Los Angeles and this chilled Greek gem from the island of Santorini hot the spot. Crisp, light and citrusy with a steely minerality and a slight bitterness on the finish which literally stopped me from gulping it too fast. Paired with a German style dinner of pork schnitzel and potato salad. The cider vinegar and mustard dressing of the potato salad pushed aside the slight bitterness and bounced playfully with the citrus acidity of the wine. Riesling would have paired well of course, but I just adore an Assyrtiko. It makes me feel like I am on vacation. — 6 years ago

Crisp fresh citrus, a little pear. Enjoying this delicious wine on the patio of Stella’s in the heart of Charleston SC. Life is good and the jasmine smells sweet! — 5 years ago

Almost clear in color. Notes of the sea on the nose. More complex than their Santorini flagship Assyrtiko. Paired so well with ceviche at Sigalas winery in Santorini. — a day ago
