Blend of indigenous varieties, 85% Garganega & 15% Trebbiano di Soave, from the heart of Soave, the Winery of Leonildo and Teresita Pieropan dates back to 1860. Pale lemon color with green edges and aromas of fresh fruits, floral blossoms and herb spice. On the palate crisp apple and peach with lemon citrus notes. Well balanced with vivid acidity carrying through to a pleasing finish. Screw cap! — 15 days ago

Nice robust but light. Red current, cherries, and tobacco. Lots of tannins, some acidity, well balanced. — 2 months ago
Medium ruby , medium ruby garnet rim . Quite aromatic , cedar, red cherry , cut herbs , and a slight meaty , soy , balsamic touch . On the palate quite lean red fruits and some dark cherry , blackberry , cedar , liquorice with a herbal tinge . Gritty tannin , quite high acidity . Slightly short and lean on the finish . This is drinking at peak now , doesn’t have the structure or density to last so would recommend to drink over the next 3-5 years . — 3 months ago

Quite fruit driven at this point. Give it 15min to breathe in the glass. Good tannic structure. Could go for 5 years or so. Classic in style - cherries, tobacco and a hint of violets. Beautiful expression of the grape - one ought to be able to identify this blind. A little high 14.5%. — 25 days ago
