Gorgeous white Burgundy not made from Chardonnay! A few years of bottle age have served it well; indeed, it even tasted better after being open a couple of days than when first opened. Beautiful notes of orchard fruit and citrus on the palate and some floral whiffs on the nose. 100% Aliogoté. 4/25/23. — 4 months ago
Zing! Lovely surprise. Grapefruit, lemon, and minerality highlight its acidity. Highest I’ve probably rated a Chardonnay. — 3 days ago
My intro to De Moor but I can’t wait to try more! Such a unique Chablis — a month ago
Smelled off. Like two much air. But stayed fine and tasted good all the way till the end. — 4 months ago
Very nicely expressive, starting off with nettle & some cat pee, with the Semillon creamy, waxy lemons emerging.
Quite edgy on the palate, with the green apples, nettle, elderflower adding some bitter freshness. Very nice, even though probably too young, as it’s a bit disjointed. — a month ago
2016: Mostly a young fruit bomb at this stage, but it’s some great raspberry (and less so plum) fruit, with a slight stone edge. Pretty two-dimensional now but with this concentration and focus it should get a lot more interesting with age and be well worth the wait. $70 at WL. — a month ago

A rosé for burgers. A bit smokey at first. Give it 10-30 minutes for reduction to blow off - this wine was singing half way through meal. Red vines, ripe red fruit (raspberry, cherry fruit leather), toast, maraschino cherry, cinnamon, cloves. nutmeg and espelette pepper on the finish. — a month ago
