Burgundy style. Needs decanting. Not sure it is worth the price. — 12 days ago
Local whey feed pork chops pairing. Earthy, blackberry, cherry fruit. Smooth finish — 7 days ago
Du fruit rouge à revendre qui se retrouve en bouche aussi, une acidité appuyée avec des tannins qui ont une texture de bouche très approchable, c’est frais, généreux, sérieux et délicieux. 91-92
Gorgeous red fruit on the nose and palate, generous wine with an acidity that is high but brings freshness and such a nice silky texture on the slightly grippy tannins, simply beautiful. — 21 days ago
A date that keeps on getting better with a lot of surprises. — 10 days ago
More formal notes soon. Champagneaux is a star. Stunning.
Nose has gorgeous red berry and cassis fruit along with blackberry essence and bittersweet cocoa from judicious oak usage. Earthy, minerals and granitic. Stunning nose. Palate is so silky, elegant and juicy. Concentrated and nimble. Lovely icing on a cake treacly texture and terrific energy and verve. Long finish. Just a brilliant wine. One of the most accessible top 18’s I’ve had. Tannins are silky and velvety. So sweet. This needs 5 years for oak to integrate and then I see a 9.8. Wow. — a month ago
Mineral, slightly metallic in the best way, slightly effervescent, tart, herbaceous, slight tannin, cherry at the finish, perfect summer wine, great with spicy food esp pork, super drinkable! — 8 days ago

Tasting machine 3oz pour. Deep orange copper color, tired mid-palate but just after swallow the finish explodes. Strange yet appealing — 9 days ago
