Great versatile wine — 2 months ago
Broad fruit. Some tertiary stuff. Citrus confit. Poached pears. Coconut. Plenty of acid keeps it fresh. 14.1 maybe a touch hot on the finish if I’m bring a critic, but this is complex and delicious. Hits its stride with an hour of air. // edit: left 200ml in the bottle overnight in the fridge. Still delicious on day two but definitely verging oxidized and better yesterday. Drink up. — a year ago
This is a typically rich and voluptuous example from Tor. It’s flashy on the mid palate displaying roasted pineapples and a hint of lychee. This is a multidimensional example with delicate wood treatment and soft acidity. The finish extends and expands with a sexy sweet conclusion. Take a look if you can find it. — 24 days ago
While chilled it’s a heavy oaked chard but as it comes to room temp it opens up to a more fruity silky buttery texture — 4 months ago

Less floral than other vintages. Golden Straw — in a good way. Enjoy Hyde’s Viognier very much. — 2 months ago
